Yes. Ready often places their engineers directly on-site, either to execute their projects in concert with plant personnel or to work directly under client supervision (like an employees' engineer).
Yes! In addition to design work, Ready installs, commissions and supports its work. Ready is also capable of doing any of those tasks stand-alone, not just as a cradle to grave sequence. Also, Ready engages in site contract engineering (secondment), acts as an Owner's Engineer and offers training.
