Annual WDPF Support Agreement

Ready offers annual support agreements, providing our customers with periodic on-site and phone support to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve their WDPF system. On-site support consists of up to two trips per year to perform periodic maintenance of the WDPF hardware and address specific “punch list items” that customers may have accumulated. Phone support provides cost effective expertise and guidance as necessary for customers to maintain their own systems.

By including WDPF hardware support provided by DeepSouth Hardware Solutions, LLC., WDPF users can have the independent support that helps them to continue to get more out their WDPF investment.

WDPF DCS Support

Ready has extensive Westinghouse Distributed Processing Family (WDPF) experience and expertise and is able to assist with compartmentalized WDPF modifications or entire system retrofits. Ready’s WDPF technical resources are proficient with the following aspects of WDPF systems: configuring and maintaining loop, ladder, and text algorithm logic; configuring IO and databases; building and modifying graphics; updating and configuring historians; troubleshooting and configuring hardware; and upkeeping and administering the overall system. These core skills allow Ready to work with its customers to ensure that they can extend the useful life of their robust WDPF systems.

Bailey DCS Console Replacement

Ready's in-house Bailey DCS expertise is recognized around the globe. Ready provides the specialized system integration services that make leading-edge operator interface products like Wonderware perform on utility-grade DCS installations. This expertise is complemented with custom graphics and DB conversion utilities, PC-compatible Mylar Operator keyboards, the softADP Alarm Display Panel, and the InSync database synchronization tool.
